In the summer of 2022, the life of 15-year-old GerVontae Tilson was tragically cut short. On the late Saturday night of July 23rd, in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Providence, Rhode Island, the teenager was found shot in a driveway on Wallace Street. Police received a call for a person shot shortly after 11 p.m. and upon arrival, they discovered GerVontae, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
