A 21 year old man and his friend are shot in the back while driving
On October 1, 2020, 21-year-old Jacob Lemire was shot while driving with a friend down Douglas Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island. Both men were struck in the back, but Lemire succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.
