On the evening of February 26, 2023, a young Hispanic man's life was cut short in a burst of gunfire on Charles Street in Providence, Rhode Island. Delvy Dominguez, a 24-year-old male resident of the city, was shot and killed in what became the third homicide in Providence that year.
