Landon Scott Martin, an 11-year-old Caucasian male, passed away on March 19, 2017, in an incident that was determined to be an accident. At the time of his death, Landon was a sixth-grade student at Wagner Community School in Wagner, South Dakota. He was known as a bright and enthusiastic learner.
