In the quiet community of Rosebud, South Dakota, the life of 48-year-old Native American Lloyd Walking Eagle was tragically cut short on the afternoon of May 29, 2020. He was fatally shot near the All Stop gas station in an act of violence that prompted an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
