Emuel Hinton, a 17-year-old White/Caucasian male, was fatally shot in Rapid City, South Dakota, on the evening of February 26, 2019. The incident occurred in an alleyway behind the 700 block of Blaine Avenue, where Hinton and his companions had arranged to meet two individuals for a transaction. Those individuals were later identified as Andre Martinez and Cole Waters, both 19 at the time.
