In the spring of 2024, 19-year-old Isaiah Lee Morales, a Hispanic male, relocated from northern Colorado to Tea, South Dakota, to be nearer to his parents. He found work as a contractor for a local big-box store and was settling into his new life. His family remembers him as a protector, a young man who was the life of the party and a light to those who knew him.
