On August 2, 2016, Todd Lewis Little Bull, a 26-year-old resident of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota, was tragically killed in Kyle, SD. Born on August 2, 1990, in Pine Ridge, he was the son of Ronald Ferguson Sr. and Regina Little Bull.
