Shortly after dawn on Monday, September 9, 2013, passersby pulled into the Windy Point turnout along Teton Park Road in Grand Teton National Park and found a man lying on the ground beside a Toyota pickup. Rangers arrived after a 6:15 a.m. 911 call and identified him as Alberto Ortega, a 55-year-old male from Winter Park, Florida.
