Matthew Ryan Boyer, a 25-year-old White male, died on November 28, 2013, from gunshot wounds sustained at his home in Gillette, Wyoming. Born on October 24, 1988, in Mesa, Arizona, Boyer moved to Gillette with his mother and brother to be closer to family. He attended local schools and later earned his GED. At the time of his death, he was working as an apprentice plumber.
