Male, age 21, Tanner Michael Miller of Gillette, Wyoming, was fatally shot at a friend's apartment on the night of June 2, 2020, after a 9:30 p.m. 911 hang-up call led authorities to the scene; he was transported to Campbell County Memorial Hospital and pronounced dead at 10:45 p.m.

While his obituary lists June 2, 2020 as the date of death, some memorial listings record the loss as June 3, 2020.
