Late on October 17, 2018, a quiet block on Platte Avenue in Mills, Wyoming filled with flashing lights and hurried footsteps.
Inside a residence in the 500 block, officers and medical crews found Donald Ray 'Don' Watson, a 63-year-old White male, gravely wounded from a single gunshot.
He was rushed to Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, where the 63-year-old Donald Ray 'Don' Watson died two days later, on Friday, October 19.
