On November 4, 2018, a traffic stop in Laramie, Wyoming, escalated from flashing lights into a fatal encounter that ended in the driveway of 39-year-old Hispanic male, Robert Michael “Robbie” Ramirez.
The stop began over a minor violation and concluded near the 39-year-old male's residence, where former Albany County Sheriff's Deputy Derek Colling shot and killed 39-year-old during a confrontation.
