BayLee Gene Carabajal-Clark, age 15,of hispanic decent, was the victim of a fatal drive-by shooting on April 30, 2023, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. That evening, at Lincoln Park, she and several family members were playing basketball when occupants of a black SUV opened fire as they drove by.
