On September 16, 2019, in east Cheyenne, 30-year-old Shaline Amanda Wymer, a female from Cheyenne, was shot and killed in a burst of gunfire that tore through a small home near the 3400 block of East 11th Street.
Police later identified the two adults who died—37-year-old Adrien Butler and 30-year-old Shaline Wymer—and said the violence unfolded at 3436 E. 11th Street, turning a late afternoon into a neighborhood nightmare.
