In the late evening hours of a cold Monday, on February 26, 2007, a life was violently cut short in the nation's capital. James Young, a man known to some as 'Pete,' was in the vicinity of 1710 A Street in Southeast Washington, D.C., when an unknown assailant or assailants attacked him.
