In the summer of 2009, the life of 27-year-old Tiffany Smith, a female resident of Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically cut short. On July 25th, her body was discovered in a wooded area near the 800 block of 8th Avenue West. An investigation revealed that she had been shot multiple times.
