Tiffany Smith, a 27-year-old woman from Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically killed on July 25, 2009. Her body was discovered in a wooded area near the 800 block of 8th Avenue West, not far from her home. She had been shot multiple times, and her death was initially suspected to be a result of a targeted attack.
