Death by Force

On July 27, 2009, 20-year-old Harold Brown was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred at the corner of 54th Street and Park Avenue Southwest, where Brown and three others were attempting to jump-start a stolen 1985 Buick Regal. The vehicle's owner, Brandon Mason, discovered the group with his car, left the scene, and returned armed. Mason then opened fire, killing Brown and injuring another individual.
