On a summer evening in Birmingham, Alabama, a young man's life was cut short in a confrontation over a stolen car. Twenty-year-old Harold Brown, a male, was at the corner of 54th Street and Park Avenue Southwest with three other individuals on July 27, 2009. They were in the process of trying to jump-start a 1985 Buick Regal.
