On April 12, 2021, at approximately 4:52 p.m., Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies responded to reports of gunfire at the 1100 block of Florentine Circle in the Huffman area of Birmingham, Alabama. Shortly thereafter, the driver of a white Cadillac sedan flagged down Birmingham authorities, reporting that they had been targeted in the shooting and that a passenger had been struck.
