In the quiet city of Selma, Alabama, a tragic event unfolded that cut short the life of 59-year-old Bill Jackson. On June 2, 2013, Jackson became a victim in a shocking double murder-suicide that also claimed the life of his stepdaughter. The perpetrator was an off-duty Selma police officer who then turned the gun on himself.
