On January 6, 2014, at approximately 11:35 p.m., Mobile Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 7500 block of Bellingrath Road in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 32-year-old Charles David Busby suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Emergency medical personnel from Mobile Fire Rescue arrived at the scene and pronounced Busby deceased.
