On a late spring evening in Red Level, Alabama, the life of 30-year-old Shawn Bolden, a White male, was tragically cut short. On May 26, 2014, Bolden was killed by gunfire, a violent end to a life that was remembered by friends and family.
The Covington County Sheriff's Office was notified of the shooting, which occurred at a residence on Pine Needle Road. When deputies arrived, they found Bolden deceased at the scene.
