Joyce Goodson, a 34-year-old White/Caucasian woman from Irvington, Alabama, was found dead on June 14, 2014, in a quiet stretch of Mobile County after what investigators described as an apparent murder-suicide. Deputies with the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office were called that Saturday morning to a home on Cook Avenue, where Joyce and Edward Earl Goodson were discovered lying in the driveway between two parked cars.
