On July 25, 2021, 41-year-old Nakeshia Thalia Biggs-Lowe was fatally shot in her Adamsville, Alabama, home. The incident occurred in the 5500 block of Crestview Drive, where Adamsville police and medics responded at 2:46 p.m. Biggs-Lowe was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:07 p.m.
