A rising star in the world of professional bull riding, 27-year-old Demetrius Omar Lateef Allen, known to fans as 'Ouncie Mitchell,' was fatally shot on September 12, 2022. The male victim was in Salt Lake City, Utah, to compete in the Utah State Fair and was staying with an acquaintance, Lashawn Bagley.
