In the spring of 2015, the life of 24-year-old Johnny Kordara Griffin was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. On May 4th, Griffin, an African American male, was discovered inside a house, the victim of a fatal shooting. His death was not an isolated act of violence, but part of a grim triple homicide that also claimed the lives of two other men, Korde Lorodius Turner, also 24, and Willie Cornelius Washington, 35.
