On July 10, 2015, 20-year-old Nicholas Gardner was fatally shot at Jefferson Place Apartments, located at 758 Texas Street in Mobile, Alabama. Responding officers found Gardner with a single gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
