On September 5, 2015, 21-year-old DeQuincey Provo of Montgomery, Alabama, was found deceased following a single-car accident near Eastern Boulevard and Executive Parkway. Responding to the early morning crash, authorities discovered Provo had sustained a fatal gunshot wound inflicted at an unknown location prior to the accident.
