Murdered

On July 18, 2008, Keith Hines, aged 29, was tragically shot and killed at approximately 11:34 p.m. in the 900 block of Allison Street NW, Washington, D.C. The incident occurred late at night while Hines was on the porch of his mother’s home, where he lived. Responding officers from the Metropolitan Police Department arrived on the scene after reports of gunfire, but despite their efforts, Hines succumbed to his injuries.
