On March 30, 2016, 26-year-old Hondre Dejuan Vann Jr. was fatally shot in Lipscomb, Alabama. Authorities responded to a shooting on Sixth Street, where they found Vann suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to UAB Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Vann, a resident of Midfield, was discovered around 7:30 p.m. on the 5500 block of 6th Street. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries.
