On the evening of April 3, 2021, 50-year-old Joshua Scott II was fatally struck by a vehicle while walking near the 5000 block of 5th Street in Lipscomb, Alabama. The incident occurred around 8:26 p.m., and the driver fled the scene immediately after the collision. Witnesses reported hearing the impact and observed the vehicle traveling south on 5th Street moments afterward.
