On June 17, 2023, 21-year-old Rishard Jamell Densmore was fatally shot in Bessemer, Alabama. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. as Densmore was turning onto Bessemer Super Highway from Woodward Estates Mobile Home Park. An occupant of another vehicle pulled alongside his car and opened fire, striking him multiple times.
