In the spring of 2016, a dispute in a Birmingham, Alabama neighborhood tragically cut short the life of 35-year-old Ronald Andre Billingsley. On the evening of Friday, April 29, 2016, what began as a disagreement escalated into gunfire, leaving Billingsley, a male, fatally wounded and another individual injured.
