Death by Force

On August 21, 2016, at approximately 12:03 a.m., Decatur police responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at 1007 Danville Road SW. Upon arrival, officers discovered 19-year-old Braxton Reed Edwards and his 23-year-old brother, Cameron Jarod Edwards, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Braxton was pronounced dead at the scene, while Cameron was transported to Huntsville Hospital for treatment.
