Eric Smith, a 39-year-old African American man from Prichard, Alabama, was fatally shot on September 21, 2016, in Semmes, Alabama. Born on June 29, 1977, to Eva Smith and the late Emmitt Rabbi, Eric was affectionately known as "Wolfman" and had been employed by Metals USA for many years. He was remembered by his community as a dedicated worker and a beloved family member.
