On May 12, 2023, 37-year-old Trenton McVay was fatally shot in Semmes, Alabama, in an incident that shocked both his family and the local community. McVay was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside a residence on a quiet street in Semmes, a suburban area just outside of Mobile.
