In the autumn of 2016, the life of Byron Pritchett, a 22-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. On the evening of Thursday, September 29, 2016, Pritchett was fatally wounded by gunfire in the Collegeville neighborhood. The incident prompted an outpouring of grief from his family and the community, as they began to seek answers in the wake of his sudden and violent death.
