On a cold winter evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Devante Jamal Glover, a young man known to his loved ones as 'Boo Boo,' was tragically cut short. On Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Glover was shot and killed in the 1400 block of Morris Road, SE. At the time of his death, he was just shy of his 20th birthday.
