On a cold winter evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Devante Jamal Glover, a young man known to his loved ones as 'Boo Boo,' was tragically cut short. On Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Glover was shot and killed in the 1400 block of Morris Road, SE. At the time of his death, he was just shy of his 20th birthday.
The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and has since been investigating the case as a homicide. In the years following the shooting, authorities have continued to seek assistance from the public to gather information about the incident.
A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for Glover's death.
