Justin Lamar Milliner, a 27-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot on February 8, 2017, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. The incident occurred in the Inglenook neighborhood, around 6:30 p.m., when Milliner was shot while inside a vehicle.
