A pregnant mother and her 6-year-old son were found murdered in their Sugar Hill Road home. Dalton Rollins, a 6-year-old Caucasian boy, was found dead alongside his mother, Monica Rollins, in their home in Heflin, Alabama, on September 16, 2002. Monica Rollins, who was 23 years old and eight months pregnant at the time, had been fatally stabbed.
