On March 24, 2017, in Guntersville, Alabama, a tragic family dispute resulted in the death of 56-year-old James Harol Daugette and injuries to his wife, 55-year-old Sandra Daugette. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Edmonds Road, near Guntersville. Upon arrival, police found both victims suffering from gunshot wounds; James succumbed to his injuries, while Sandra was transported to Huntsville Hospital for treatment.
