Death by Force

On June 24, 2017, Auburn police responded to a welfare check at a residence in the 700 block of Hunters Court. Upon arrival, officers discovered the bodies of 38-year-old Kimmerly Gray and her 40-year-old husband, Daniel Gray, inside the home. Preliminary investigations indicated that a domestic dispute had escalated, leading to Kimmerly's death, after which Daniel died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
