In the summer of 2017, a life was tragically cut short on a street in Birmingham, Alabama. Rickey Devolya Siler, a 35-year-old man, was fatally shot on the evening of Monday, June 26th. The incident unfolded near a gas station as Siler and another individual were crossing the street. A blue Dodge Charger reportedly almost struck them, leading to a heated argument between Siler and the driver of the vehicle.
