Raul Estevan De Quesada, a 37-year-old man from Decatur, Alabama, was found dead on October 27, 2017, after being fatally shot in a violent incident. De Quesada’s body was discovered outside a residence in the 1000 block of 10th Avenue SE, near the city’s central area. Emergency responders were called to the scene after reports of gunfire, but upon arrival, they found De Quesada unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
