On a cool autumn evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Troy Fenwick, a male, was cut short by gunfire. The incident occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2009, in the 3200 block of 23rd Street in the Southeast quadrant of the city.

The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene to find Fenwick suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite any medical intervention that may have been provided, he succumbed to his injuries. The case was subsequently ruled a homic ...
