On October 26, 2009, at approximately 10:00 p.m., 24-year-old Troy Fenwick was shot and killed in the 3200 block of 23rd Street SE, Washington, D.C. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene after reports of gunfire, where they found Fenwick with multiple gunshot wounds.
