On a cool autumn evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Troy Fenwick, a male, was cut short by gunfire. The incident occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2009, in the 3200 block of 23rd Street in the Southeast quadrant of the city.
