In the pre-dawn hours of a Saturday in late March of 2010, a life was tragically cut short on a street in Northeast Washington, D.C. Isidoro Flores, a male, was shot and killed in the early morning darkness. The incident occurred at approximately 2:20 a.m. on March 27, in front of an address on W Street, NE.
