Dimoh was not alone; he was found alongside two other young men, 25-year-old Mitchell Johnson and 21-year-old Elvon Miller.
All three men had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head and body, and the scene was described as exceedingly bloody. They were all pronounced dead at the scene in the early morning hours of May 24.
The community, which was generally considered quiet and peaceful, was deeply unsettled by the violent nature of the crime. In the weeks leading up to the incident, however, some residents had grown uneasy due to an increase in unusual activity and break-ins in the area.
