In a tragic turn of events on the night of May 23, 2002, 21-year-old Daniel Dimoh, a Black male, was found deceased in a Northeast Washington, D.C. apartment. The discovery was made by police at approximately 10:30 p.m. in a second-floor unit at the Franklin Commons complex, located at 105 Franklin Street, NE.
