In the summer of 2018, the life of 26-year-old Quantis Mandel Samuels was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. On the evening of Thursday, August 23, 2018, Samuels was fatally wounded by gunfire. The incident was quickly determined to be a homicide by authorities.
