On January 13, 2019, 11-year-old Hudson Brooks Fife tragically lost his life in a hunting accident near Orrville, Alabama. Hudson, a fifth-grade student at Englewood Elementary School in Tuscaloosa, was affectionately known as "Hud Bud" by his peers and teachers. He was an active member of Valley View Baptist Church and had a passion for basketball, fishing, hunting, and the outdoors. His vibrant personality and infectious smile left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
