On July 22, 2021, 36-year-old Fredrick "Frog" Hunter was fatally shot at the M&M Grocery Store in Orrville, Alabama. The incident occurred when Byron Anderson, 51, confronted Hunter, accusing him of speaking about him. Despite Hunter's denial and attempt to de-escalate by walking away, Anderson drew a firearm and shot him.
